Originally founded and relaunched in 2025, Your CEO Solution Co. is led by Jacqi Dix and her business partner, Dr. Marie Bartling, DVM, CCRT, CVPP. Together, they help small business owners and high-achieving leaders move beyond overwhelm, regain focus, and step back into what they call their "zone of genius."

Rather than acting as traditional consultants who simply provide recommendations, Jacqi and Marie work alongside their clients as strategic partners. Through executive coaching, personal coaching, business strategy, and hands-on implementation, they help organizations not only solve today's challenges but create lasting systems that allow businesses to thrive long after the work is complete.
For Jacqi, this mission has been years in the making.
Her career began in public accounting in 2000, helping small business owners untangle their QuickBooks files. What started as accounting quickly evolved into operational leadership, eventually leading her to oversee the operations of an entire company. One of the defining moments of her career came when she successfully coached more than 60 employees through a major company transition without a single employee losing their job. By helping people lean into their individual strengths, the company successfully navigated the change, later attracting a national buyer and allowing the owner to retire.
That experience revealed a pattern Jacqi would continue seeing over and over again: business owners often become trapped trying to do everything themselves. Vision, leadership, daily operations, and team development all begin resting on one person's shoulders until burnout becomes inevitable.
She knew there had to be a better way.
That's why she created Your CEO Solution Co. to become the bridge between a business owner's vision and the people responsible for bringing that vision to life. Even the company's name reflects that purpose. CEO isn't just about the title, it also stands for Creating Empowerment in Others and Organizations.
The business took another exciting step forward when Jacqi met Dr. Marie Bartling while both were earning their certifications as Life and Success Coaches through Jay Shetty's program. Marie brings more than 20 years of experience as an integrative veterinarian, where she built rehabilitation and regenerative medicine programs, solved complex medical challenges, developed high-performing teams, and gained experience across nearly every ownership model from independent practices to large corporate organizations.
Making a difference
Not just in Martinsville!
Although Marie is based in Colorado while Jacqi operates from Virginia, Your CEO Solution Co. isn't limited by state lines. Their collaborative approach allows them to serve business owners and organizations across numerous states, helping leaders wherever they are ready to grow and build healthier, more sustainable businesses.
When asked about her proudest accomplishment, Jacqi doesn't point to a single milestone or award.
Instead, she reflects on the transformations she witnesses every day the moments when a business owner regains confidence, a leader begins operating differently, or a team finally starts working together instead of against each other. Those moments, she says, are the true measure of success.
The future is just as exciting. This September, Your CEO Solution Co. will launch its first webinar, "Are You Spending Your Time & Energy in the Right Places?" The session is designed to help business owners evaluate where their time and energy are truly being invested and identify the areas that will create the greatest impact for both themselves and their organizations.
Perhaps the most inspiring part of their story is the legacy they hope to leave behind.
Their goal isn't to create clients who depend on them forever. Instead, they want to build organizations strong enough to stand on their own. By empowering leaders, strengthening teams, and creating lasting systems, they hope the impact of their work continues long after their engagement has ended.
That's a legacy built not on recognition, but on empowering others to become the leaders they were meant to be.
On a personal note, getting to know Jacqi Dix has been such a blessing. What started as a professional connection has grown into a genuine friendship and someone I know I can rely on. Whether we are talking business, personal growth, challenges, or just life in general, Jacqi has become someone I can turn to for honest conversations and encouragement.
Jacqi has a unique ability to listen, ask the right questions, and help you see things from a different perspective.
